At Skin+, we aim to process and ship your orders as efficiently and carefully as possible.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be extended during promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates

  • Flat-rate shipping: $5 on all orders under $50

  • Free shipping: Orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping

Shipping fees and eligibility for free shipping are calculated automatically at checkout.


Split Shipments

Because some products are stored or fulfilled by different manufacturers or locations, your order may arrive in multiple packages and at different times. There is no additional charge for split shipments.


Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Skin+ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.


Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Skin+ is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Packages returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.


Returns & Shipping Fees

If an order that originally qualified for free shipping is returned, a $5 fee may be deducted from the refund to cover the original shipping cost, where applicable.
