We want you to feel confident shopping with Skin+. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges may be requested within 30 days of purchase. Eligible items may be exchanged, issued as store credit, or refunded to the original payment method.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition

  • Opened products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, unless they remain in sealable condition

  • Discounted or sale items are final sale

  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage will not be accepted


How to Start a Return

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email or contact support@skinplusnyc.com with your return request

  2. Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label by email with our return address (not the manufacturer)

  3. Send the items back using the provided label


Shipping & Refunds

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • For orders that originally received free shipping, a $5 fee will be deducted from the refund to cover the original shipping cost

  • Refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be processed within 30 days of receiving and inspecting the returned items
